Research interests:

Molecular interactions of proteins, DNA and lipids, their stability, structure, dynamics and evolution.
Emerging and re-emerging viral infectious diseases.

Current position:

Researcher, National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET).
Head, Virus Biophysics Laboratory, Bionanoscience Research Center (CIBION), Buenos Aires, Argentina.

"Viral and cell-cell fusion: a structural biology approach".
2011 to 2013: Postdoc at the Centre of Structural Biochemistry, Montpellier, France. Subject: “Protein
folding stability and function: a high pressure approach".
2005 to 2011: PhD at the Leloir Institute, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Subject: "Energetics of transcription
and replication regulation: protein-DNA interaction, conformational dynamics and evolution".
2003 to 2005: MSc at the Leloir Institute, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Subject: "Design and engineering of
single chain proteins for better DNA binding activity".
